Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Compliance Specialist (Screening). As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our company adheres to all regulatory requirements and maintains a high level of compliance.
Your main responsibilities will include conducting screenings on potential employees, vendors, and clients to ensure they meet our company’s standards. You will be responsible for conducting thorough background checks, verifying credentials, and assessing risk for each individual.
Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting any potential compliance issues, collaborating with other departments to implement corrective actions, and maintaining accurate records of all screening processes.
