Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor all operational processes and procedures
- Develop and review company policies
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to compliance issues
- Regularly audit company procedures and documents
- Provide reports on a regular basis to keep management informed of the progress of compliance
Qualifications:
- With experience as a Compliance staff or in an equivalent role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Keen eye for details
- Highly organized
- Must be willing to travel
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in auditing and quality assurance
- Required to document processes for the company’s certification
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php16,00.00 per month
