Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Surveillance Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Compliance Surveillance Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and investigating potential regulatory compliance issues within the organization.
Your main duties will include conducting surveillance on trading activities, reviewing employee conduct, and ensuring adherence to legal and compliance policies. You will also be involved in creating reports, implementing monitoring systems, and recommending corrective actions.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in compliance or a related field is preferred.
