Job Description
The Compliance Trade Surveillance Analyst is responsible for monitoring and analyzing trading activities to ensure that they comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. They play a critical role in the prevention and detection of market manipulation, insider trading, and other financial misconduct.
As a Trade Surveillance Analyst, you will be tasked with reviewing and analyzing trading data, identifying potential compliance issues, and conducting thorough investigations when necessary. You will work closely with the compliance team and other stakeholders to develop and enhance surveillance systems and protocols.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks, such as MiFID II and Dodd-Frank. They should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively. Prior experience in trade surveillance or compliance within the financial industry is highly desirable.
