Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Comptroller (Certified Public Accountant) to join our team at TRBank, Inc. (A Rural Bank). As the Comptroller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing financial operations, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and audits.
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Conducting financial analysis and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Monitoring cash flow and managing banking relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a CPA certification and proven experience in financial management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in this role. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under strict deadlines are also required.
