Job Description
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Backs-up completely the existing files of the existing/source computer prior reformatting.
- Installs operating systems (O/S), updates, and drivers on the new/target computer.
- Loads or restores the backed-up files from the existing/source computer to the new/target computer.
- Installs the standard bank software, applications, and images to the new/target computer.
- Registers licenses of end-user computing resources and installs endpoint security solutions.
- Configures security settings of computers consistent with the Bank’s security requirements.
- Deploys end-user computing resources on a prescribed schedule with proper documentation.
- Conducts preventive maintenance on computer hardware and software.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year experience, graduate in any IT related courses.
- Proficient in computer hardware/software troubleshooting, updating Windows 10, and antivirus installation.
- Effective verbal and written communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to do fieldwork, customer-oriented, and adaptable to different work environments.
- 3 months contract duration, full-time employment.
