Job Description
The Technician is responsible for troubleshooting merchandise and company equipment at EasyPC Computing, Inc. Reporting to the Fulfillment Center Supervisor, tasks include diagnosing PCs, components, peripherals for warranty claims and repairs. Qualifications include 2-year college level education.
Specific Skills and Qualities:
- Proficiency in PC hardware troubleshooting and product compatibility
- Working knowledge of peripherals, networking equipment, storage devices, servers, etc.
- Effective communication, professionalism, and integrity
Certifications/Licenses: Professional licenses related to computers are advantageous. Full-time, permanent position with benefits like additional leave, health insurance, and opportunities for promotion.
Schedule may involve 8-hour shifts, afternoons, days, early shifts, holidays, overtime, rotational shifts, weekends.
Experience: 1 year as a Computer Technician preferred.
