Job Description
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose / troubleshoot software and hardware problems for computer users.
- Resolve technical problems and maintain a company’s network, software, and computer equipment.
- Install or update required hardware and software, and recommend computer products or equipment to improve company productivity.
- Determine and install appropriate security measures.
- Repair or replace faulty components of a computer or network system.
- Respond to inquiries about hardware or software issues.
- Provide technical support on-site, via phone, or email.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course
- At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in a related field
- Willing to work in Muntinlupa City
- Can start ASAP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month
