Job Description
I. Position Summary
Serves as the guest’s liaison for both hotel and non-hotel services. Functions are an extension of Front Desk Executive duties. Assists guests with inquiries regarding in-hotel or off-hotel premises, attractions, facilities, services, and activities.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phone inquiries courteously
- Greet and assist guests warmly
- Offer dining and activity suggestions
- Assist with luggage and maintain cleanliness
- Anticipate guest needs for exceptional service
- Drive employees and maintain driving records
II. Job Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Driver’s license with restrictions 1 and 2
- Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles
- Service-oriented and team player
- Available for irregular shifts and weekends
