Job Description
As a Concierge, Facilities, and Office Services staff, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and employees. Your responsibilities include managing office facilities, overseeing office supplies, coordinating office events, and providing excellent customer service.
You will also handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, as well as organize and schedule appointments. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment to ensure a smooth operation.
