Job Description
•Bachelor Degree holder of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Mass Communications, and other similar courses
•Preferably with frontline experience, especially in complaint handling
•At least 1 year working experience as a front receptionist in a hotel/property
•Personable and projects a professional image
•Excellent in English (verbal and written)
•Mature, Highly trainable, Well-mannered
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
