Job Description
Global-Estate Resorts Inc. is actively seeking a motivated and energetic individual to fill the role of Concierge Supervisor. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Mass Communications, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field. Strong proficiency in MS Office, along with exceptional presentation and customer service skills, is required.
In this position, you will address the needs and inquiries of residents and guests, facilitate training programs aimed at enhancing customer service, conduct orientations for new residents, and ensure the Front Office team delivers an outstanding quality of service.
