Job Description
LUCKY TWINSCALE CORP is seeking a qualified Construction Admin Staff to manage various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include maintaining inventory records, handling errands, and serving as a communication link with relevant departments regarding projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain project files.
- Record incoming and outgoing materials.
- Adhere to safety regulations.
- Validate and submit workers’ timekeeping records.
- Ensure all permits are acquired.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction admin.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
