Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Coordinator to join our team. As a Construction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Review and approve construction plans, materials, and equipment
- Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of construction activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
