Job Description
A Construction Estimator is responsible for evaluating project cost estimates, analyzing blueprints, and collaborating with contractors to determine project scope. The role involves preparing accurate budget proposals, negotiating pricing with vendors, and ensuring projects are completed within budget. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of construction materials are required. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential for liaising with project stakeholders. Proficiency in construction estimation software and a degree in Construction Management or related field are preferred.
