Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Finance BPM (Business Process Management) Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial processes and performance within our construction projects.
As a Construction Finance BPM Controller, your key responsibilities will include monitoring project costs, analyzing financial data, and implementing effective budgeting and cost control measures. You will work closely with project managers, financial stakeholders, and other departments to ensure financial compliance and efficiency.
You should have a strong background in finance, project management, and construction industry knowledge. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
