Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
A construction laborer supports skilled workers in construction projects, performing tasks that require physical labor and basic knowledge of construction practices. The role involves assisting with various construction activities, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and ensuring the efficient completion of projects.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with basic construction principles, tools, and materials.
- Precision in following instructions and performing tasks accurately.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with other construction workers.
- Understanding of and commitment to following safety protocols and regulations.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not always required.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is an advantage
- Amenable to working on-site
- Willing to relocate or assigned in different project locations
- Other tasks will be assigned by the immediate supervisor
