Job Description
Responsibilities:
KRA 1: Project Oversight, Safety, Quality, and Technical Compliance:
- Ensure contractor compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
- Oversee construction activities, emphasizing safety, timeliness, and compliance.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
KRA 2: Project Planning, Coordination, and Cost Control:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project plans.
- Implement control measures to manage project scope, time, and costs.
KRA 3: Cost Management and Financial Oversight (Company):
- Monitor actual team costs against budget and forecast.
- Oversee billing and collections for CM services.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting for accurate financial records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
