Job Description

Basic Function

Responsible for the overall management of the project, leads, directs, supervises, monitors, billing, and evaluates the implementation of the project, and the work performance of Jobsite workers and sub-contractors towards the achievement of project targets and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepares the Project Working Budget for submission and approval of the President and the Chairman.
2. Prepares project planning, S-Curve, shop drawings, and planning.
3. Implements the project per plan with coordination, supervision, and monitoring of the progress of the implemented project.
4. Submits a request for materials/equipment/tools needed to facilitate purchases and delivery schedules.
5. Monitors compliance with the technical specification as stipulated in the project contract.
6. Serves as a clearinghouse of problems and acts as a troubleshooter in immediately solving Jobsite problems.
7. Liaises with other departments for easier problem solving and refer to General Manager/Project Manager for appropriate action.
8. Initiates preparation of project progress report, photo, and billing for the management.
9. Checks the requirement for every project stage to meet project target completion.
10. Implements safety in the workplace.
11. Evaluates the performance of subordinates and endorse appropriate action.
12. Prepares a tabulated comparison list between the original and revised quotation.
13. Initiates any change order and or additional works proposal subject to approval.
14. Responsible for the quality control of the project.
15. Responsible for the preparation and submission to clients and turning over documents such as; as-built drawings, manufacturing catalogs, operation manuals, test reports, and others.
16. Prepares progress billing for approval of CLIENT and follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php40,00.00 per month
