Job Description
Duties:
- To minimize risk by controlling project schedule, budget, and quality
- Planning, organizing, and directing construction projects
- Preparing budget estimates and construction schedules
- Negotiating contractual agreements
- Implementing quality control programs
- Representing the company in negotiations
- Directing material purchase and land acquisitions
- Hiring and supervising subcontractors
– Visiting sites regularly and conducting quality assurance and safety inspections
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Expected Start Date: 08/15/2024
