- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience as a Construction Manager or supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise site engineers and monitor projects.
- Ensure compliance with schedules and standards.
- Regular site visits to oversee activities.
- Report to the Head Office in Alabang.
