Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Operations Group Head to join our team. As the Group Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction projects within our organization. Your duties will include ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards of quality.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, cost control, and project delivery. You will also be required to collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the construction process.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and extensive knowledge of construction operations. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, and a degree in construction management or a related field would be advantageous.
