Job Description
IMMEDIATE HIRING: CONSTRUCTION PROCUREMENT OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Communicating with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals.
- Monitoring order expenses.
- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, organizing, and maintenance of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Being able to manage stock control and inventory.
- Liaising with Project Manager/Engineer.
- Creating and submitting reports regularly (IN/OUT status report, Materials and Equipment Inventory report).
Qualifications:
- Physically Fit.
- College level/graduate ANY 4 YEARS COURSE WITH 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN PROCUREMENT.
- Reliable and Trustworthy.
- Computer Literate (Word and Excel).
- Work experience in construction is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift.
Expected Start Date: 01/22/2024.
