Job Description
1. Oversees the actual execution of all activities to ensure conformance to the approved plans and schedule.
2. Conducts in-depth analysis of available data and resources to ensure effective implementation of plans and procedures, and prevent problems from arising.
3. Resolves conflicts related to delivery of materials, manpower deployment, and problems with other trade contractors.
4. Conducts basic budget analysis and reports data and recommendations to his immediate supervisor.
5. Prepares project status reports for the managers’ review.
6. Demonstrates leadership and helps develop subordinates’ technical and personal skills.
7. Implement cost-effective solutions and project management techniques throughout the project.
8. Participates in the implementation of the Organization’s Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety Program.
9. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
