Job Description
1. Has a diverse understanding of the ongoing activities on site.
2. Conducts detailed scheduling and planning of the work activities.
3. Has advanced knowledge of material specifications and estimating skills for required materials.
4. Accomplishes construction objectives by managing employees, communicating job expectations, and training.
5. Meets operational standards by contributing to strategic plans and implementing quality standards.
6. Recommends solutions and identifies management system improvements.
7. Accomplishes project results by defining scope, allocating resources, and coordinating with the team and subcontractors.
8. Participates in implementing the Organization’s Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety Program.
9. Performs other assigned duties.
