Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant to join our Global Ethics Compliance team.
As a Consultant, you will be responsible for advising and assisting our organization in ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations on a global scale. Your primary role will involve developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, policies, and procedures to prevent misconduct and promote an ethical work culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing the organization’s ethical risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Providing guidance and training to employees on ethical standards and compliance requirements.
- Conducting internal investigations and audits to identify and address any potential breaches of ethics or regulations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in ethics compliance across all departments and regions.
- Staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ethics, compliance, and risk management, preferably in a global setting. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
