Job Description
WHO Health Emergencies, Western Pacific Regional Office, seeks a Consultant — Monitoring and Evaluation to strengthen surveillance, program monitoring, and evaluation of emergency responses across the Western Pacific Region.
- Responsibilities: design M&E frameworks; develop indicators and tools; conduct data quality assessments; analyze results; and prepare timely reports to guide decision-making.
- Qualifications: advanced degree in public health, epidemiology, or a related field; minimum 5 years of M&E experience in health emergencies; strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills; proficiency in English.
