Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our team. As a Consultant (RPA), you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for automation, developing RPA solutions, and providing ongoing support to clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting process assessments to identify automation opportunities
- Designing and implementing RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Collaborating with clients to gather requirements and provide expert advice on RPA implementation
- Creating and maintaining process documentation, including workflows and standard operating procedures
- Testing and troubleshooting RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Providing training and support to end users
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of X years of experience in RPA implementation
- Strong knowledge of RPA tools and technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
