Job Description
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Job Summary:
The Consumer Lab Lead at MERALCO is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the Meralco Power Lab and Power Tech facilities, focusing on the Grid Discovery Zone (GDZ) and Smart Home (SH) areas. This role involves conducting electrical tests, developing educational content, and providing expert advice on energy efficiency and conservation practices. Additionally, the role includes leading research, testing, and customer program development to enhance energy education and drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong background in electrical and appliance testing preferred
- Understanding of product/service life cycle
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Holder of Registered Master Electrician (RME) license is an advantage
