  • Account Inquiries: Handling consumer inquiries regarding their accounts, including account balances, transaction details, and account history.
  • Account Opening and Closure: Assisting consumers in opening new accounts or closing existing accounts by providing necessary information and guidance.
  • Transaction Assistance: Helping consumers with various transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other account-related activities.
  • Billing and Payments: Addressing questions related to billing statements, explaining charges, and assisting with payment-related issues.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolving consumer issues and concerns, including discrepancies in billing statements, unauthorized transactions, or other account-related problems.
  • Product Information: Providing information about different products and services offered by the company and guiding consumers in choosing the right options for their needs.
  • Online and Mobile Banking Support: Assisting consumers with online and mobile banking services, including login issues, troubleshooting, and guidance on using digital tools.
  • Security Measures: Educating consumers on security measures, fraud prevention, and guiding them on best practices to protect their accounts.
  • Compliance: Ensuring that all interactions and transactions comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date consumer records and documenting interactions for reference and compliance purposes.
