Job Description
As a Contact Center Associate I, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries promptly, documenting customer interactions, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required as training will be provided.
