Job Description
BDO Unibank is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to manage customer interactions via phone, e-mail, and social media. This role involves providing excellent service to BDO retail customers and accredited merchants.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer concerns by escalating issues to supervisors.
- Submit reports related to inquiries and requests.
- Adhere to bank policies and meet KPI targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Contact Center experience; banking experience is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
Salary starts from Php25,00.00/month. Location: SM North Edsa, Greenhills, Pasay.
