Job Description:
– Design training materials and PowerPoint slides
– Facilitate training topics on Contact Center Services NC II modules.
Qualifications:
– Completed TESDA Trainer’s Methodology Level 1
– Computer literate
– Physically and mentally fit
– At least 18 months of contact center experience
– 12 months of experience in training or as a trainer
