Job Description
We are currently seeking a Contact Center Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and leading our contact center agents in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting performance targets. This role is office-based, providing you the opportunity to collaborate closely with your team members and ensure smooth operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to the contact center agents, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles
- Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and implement necessary improvements to meet or exceed customer service standards
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless customer experience
To be successful in this role, you should have previous contact center experience and a proven track record in leadership. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
