Job Description
Capgemini seeks an experienced Contact Center Team Lead to drive business advisory for client contact center initiatives in Manila (Ref. 283028-en_US). You will shape client vision, gather stakeholder needs, map processes, and define data and capability requirements for current and future solutions. Key responsibilities include facilitating meetings and workshops, documenting business requirements, and producing process and data models. This permanent role within Business Services and the Business Analysis community requires strong communication, leadership, and domain expertise, with proven ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable specifications.
