Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive and user-friendly articles and videos for EasyBiz Cloud’s knowledge base/help center.
- Develop content covering various topics like getting started guides and troubleshooting tips.
- Utilize ChatGPT 4 account for high-quality content generation.
- Collaborate with product and customer support teams to address customer needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance our knowledge base.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content creation, particularly for software or technology products.
- Strong writing and communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and interest in AI chatbots.
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management.
- Experience in customer support or technical documentation is a plus.
