Job Description
Company: Property Investors
Hours: 28hrs + per month
Starting Salary: £3 per hour starting
Working alongside a UK-based Property Investor, the purpose of this role is to be the driving force to ensure their social media produces continuous content, the content is varied and it encourages engagement, ultimately making them more visible in the right way. In addition, the role will have elements of ad-hoc administration tasks to ease the employer’s workload and save time.
Social Media Management
- Developing and creating ideas for social content
- Designing and creating social media posts
- Planning and scheduling social media content to ensure quality and consistent output
- Organising, assisting, and keeping owner accountable to producing content
- Tracking and increasing social followers, subscribers, and interactions
- Performing market research for content ideas, trends, and to stay relevant
Administration
- Producing meeting agendas
- Taking meeting notes
- Performing market research to generate potential leads
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in creating websites
Candidate Qualities
- Consistently organized
- Creative and artistic
- Ability to research and generate new and unique ideas
- Strong English, both written and spoken
- Strong Graphic Designer skills
- Some or strong Video Editing skills
This position is the first of its kind within this business, and so we are looking for someone truly passionate to work with this employer, helping them grow their business. In return, the opportunities within this role, including salary and other benefits, will grow also.

Pay: £3.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
