Job Description
Content Development is responsible for overseeing the creation and delivery of high-quality educational courses, case studies, and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) that align with our Institute’s educational objectives for both traditional and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have project management skills and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences. Responsibilities include conducting surveys, research, and implementing a comprehensive course development strategy. Collaboration with subject matter experts is essential to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder of any field.
- Develop and implement course and case development strategies.
- Utilize the ADDIE Model for content creation and assessment.
- Design interactive learning materials following instructional design principles.
- Ensure content meets accessibility standards and quality assurance processes.
- Effective facilitation, planning, and execution skills are required.
- Value confidentiality and information sensitivity.
