Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join as Call Center Agents. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and handle high call volumes effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and provide accurate solutions to customers’ needs.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services for customer service.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and escalate issues.
- Achieve performance targets with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to office-based work.
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residency status.
- Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
