Job Description
ISCALE SOLUTIONS is currently looking for a dedicated Content Moderation Email Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, reviewing user-generated content, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall user experience. Key responsibilities include identifying recurring issues and actively participating in policy calibration sessions to ensure our standards are upheld.
To qualify, candidates should possess 1–2 years of experience in customer service or content moderation, demonstrate excellent English communication skills, and be familiar with content management systems. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. This position entails working 40 hours per week with rotating shifts.
