Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
The Content Moderation Specialist will collaborate with customer service and technical support to resolve issues and maintain a positive user experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and escalate content violations.
- Explain moderation decisions constructively.
- Document incidents for continuous improvement.
- Review content moderation processes regularly.
