Job Description
Here are the qualifications for the job:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field or reached at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects
- High School Graduates are accepted
- Candidates need to be conversant in the English language
Job Responsibility
- May carry out one or more of the following tasks:
- Responds to call questions and complaints
- Gathers information, researches/resolves queries, and logs customer calls
- Communicates relevant alternatives for completion
- Informs clients about expert services
- Provides instruction, teaching, and help to lower-level employees
- Provides guidance, instruction, and troubleshooting support
