Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking committed individuals to become part of our team as Content Moderators. In this role, you will engage with customers through phone and written communication to address their concerns, ensuring that issues are resolved on the first contact to enhance overall customer satisfaction. You will match customer needs with our clients’ products and services while utilizing your negotiation skills to effectively handle objections. Clear communication of important information to both clients and team members is essential.
