Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to fill the position of Content Moderator.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact.
- Match customer demands to clients’ products and services.
- Utilize settlement and influencing skills to gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external clients.
