Job Description
Caldwell Communications is seeking candidates to join our team as a Content Moderator.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly for first-call resolution.
- Match customer needs with products/services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure customer buy-in.
- Collaborate with internal/external clients and colleagues.
