Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers on the phone or by way of written correspondence to deal with concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer the caller.
- Matching customers’ demands to Clients’ product and solution offerings.
- Using negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Sharing specific information with internal and external clients and exchanging knowledge with colleagues.
