- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first contact without transferring.
- Matches customers’ needs with Clients’ products/services.
- Utilizes persuasion skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Shares information with internal and external clients and team members
