Qualifications:
a. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
b. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or reach at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects
c. High School Graduates are accepted
d. Candidates need to be conversant in English
e. Must be amenable to work onsite
Responsibilities:
- Responds to call questions and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
- Gathers information, researches/resolves queries, and logs customer calls.
- Communicates alternatives for timely completion.
- Informs clients about expert services and determines customer requirements.
- Provides instruction and help to lower-level employees.
- Provides guidance and troubleshooting support to lower-level employees.

Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
