Overall Purpose of Job:
The Transaction Processing New Associate/Associate:
- Follows established policies, procedures, and methods by doing research.
- Performs client-related tasks in various systems, as required.
- Analyzes information and formulates conclusions.
- Follows directions in accordance with the statement of work and service level agreement with clients.
- Processes transactions for relevant business processes in various systems and tracking tools.
- Demonstrates knowledge of processes and related systems to effectively perform his/her responsibilities.
Skills Requirements:
- Education: College Graduate (any course)
- Fresh Grads or at least 1 year experience and ideally with any of the following background: Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Know Your Customer (KYC)/ Content Moderation/ Claims Processing/ Customer Info Validation/ BPO/ Quality/ Customer Service
- Language: Strong reading and writing skills in English B2
- Has great attention to detail and can conduct preliminary research based on guidelines and required steps.
- Must be amenable to RTO (Regular Time Off)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php13,500.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
