Job Description

Your role will include following standard operations, escalating priority issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing basic troubleshooting.
We welcome applicants with or without BPO experience, who are at least high school graduates, and possess excellent communication skills.
This is a full-time position with flexible shifts (day or night) and includes various supplemental pay opportunities such as bonuses and commission.
