Qualifications:
- Must be a High School Graduate – No BPO Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
